My wife stayed at the hotel 2 weeks ago and inadvertently left her credit card at the business center. She called the hotel and spoke to Arielle Buffett, Operations Supervisor, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. She took the time to go to the Business Center where she found the card. Two days later, we received it with a nice note! Arielle exemplifies what true customer service means so we wanted to commend her for a job well done! nice clean hotel. no continental breakfast. they do have a bar and food area. walking distance to a couple restaurant bars
The staff was very helpful and the hotel was exactly what I expected. The breakfast options in the lounge area were good and reasonably-priced for the area. It was about $10 for a breakfast plate. They also have a "Starbucks lite" Coffee area that offers Starbucks brand coffee. The pool does close for the winter since it is an outdoor pool.
Great hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restrauant has wonderful food and staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
