Now requires you to provide your cvv number of your debit/credit card to order delivery. The one thing every website asks for to place an order. Which is fine when your personally on a computer, but to have to provide it over the phone and trust that the management of that establishment is competent enough to hire someone who won't steal my information and go on a shopping spree?
I told the person who answered I wasn't comfortable providing that number over the phone. The person asked me to hold on and went to get a manager. I could hear the employee asking the manager to help them but yet wouldn't get on the phone with me. The employee then told me either I provide the number or pay in cash nothing I can do. So I canceled my order.
Terrible place.
Ordered a salad at 4:30pm. And I waited an hour.
I was a regular dominos customer until recently-thanks to this papa Gino's. It seems they have successfully converted me! The staff have an great demeanors and are always helpful; and I have yet to receive an incorrect/poorly executed order. Two staff I've regularly interacted with are what I believe to be a manager named Emily (?) and the shift leader Marquis.
AVOID this place at all costs...
My pizza literally looked like a five year old made it. There was a pool of sauce and cheese in the middle then on the outer parts had either sauce or cheese but not both. I usually love their pizza and was excited to eat it but after this I am going to think twice about ordering there again.
Edit (The delivery driver still showed up to my house after I had canceled the order.) Awful management at this establishment.
Was bad enough that they made this change but what lost me as a customer was the management caring less about a customer's concern.
Called in order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there in 15, paid and started to wait. 25 minutes later I finally asked the cashier if an order that had been in the warmer since I arrived was mine. He looked and said 'Yeah '. How could the 4 people working, seeing me standing there all that time, not take the time to ask if they could help? I mean they were not busy. I asked to speak to the manager and she was useless.
I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on.
Every employee in the place looked like they were moving in slow motion, like they'd been drugged. The man serving slices and the finished orders had no gloves on his hands. The food was horrible. I had even given a 20% tip. I told the ahem, manager, that I felt like a fool and I would not be back.
