I had rotator cuff and bicep surgery in April and Allison and Michelle have worked with me over the past 4 months. My doctor said he could not believe that I was this far along, as my surgery was very difficult. They both listened and pushed me to get this far in my recovery. Would highly recommend ProEx for any physical therapy needs.
Excellent experience every time I attend therapy. Couldn't be any happier with the service at ProEx. Shannon is an amazing therapist who really cares about each of his patients. He always takes the time each session to make sure I'm comfortable, but working hard to heal!

Just wanted to say thanks for another job well done at ProEx Physical Therapy. My knee and I are feeling much better than when we started our sessions. The combination of professional advice and treatment with a staff that truly cares about the client's recovery process is one that works. The administrative part of appointment scheduling, form processing and working with the insurance company is also taken care of quite well without my need for concern, flexibility or even much involvement on my part.
And I can't forget you the director and maestro of all this activity that always seems to do it without effort and with a smile.
These people have no idea what they are doing. You are better off going to a hospital's affiliate. I received really bad advice throughout my stint here, I found this out later down the road after having a more knowledgeable therapist. Most of the people with positive reviews probably would have healed on their own.
In particular I wanted to thank Jacob, Frank and Nathan for assisting me with all of the exercise setup and assistance; Emily for all my admin needs; Patti for restaurant suggestions; and even that guy Shannon for just saying hi and checking up on me once in a while. The friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the clinic is another reason that makes a sometimes painful or arduous experience less difficult and more comfortable.
So thank you and I know where to come back if I need help in the future and I will be glad to recommend ProEx to anyone else I know that can use your expertise.
