The young man who helped me was very well informed. He explained everything to my satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend them.
I was lied to and misled by the manager and wasted scheduling and an entire day only to be highly disappointed by this branch of U-Haul. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Highly unprofessional and just plain ignorant.
I highly recommend this location for its exceptional staff and its clean, well-lit, secure facility. It's the reason over the last 6 months I've chosen to drop off two trucks there and rent a storage unit. There were many instances where staff members Ray, Ed and Sean all individually provided me with very thoughtful, helpful customer service, including tirelessly troubleshooting and accommodating my many unique moving and storage needs, generously showing me many different units with such patience and understanding, expediting an already efficient process of truck returns, and securing/helping me recover my lost iPhone. Really appreciate all they've done for me as a customer.
I moved to Woburn from Texas due to Hurricane Harvey!! The GM was very nice etc....however when I moved out they charged my debit card 50.00 for a fee I have yet to receive a receipt for!! Warning do not use your credit or debit card....the rep was extremely rude!!
A little off the beaten path, but it's new, clean, and a well run Uhaul facility. Had no problems renting a truck and short term storage when I moved recently.
