Catastrophe!
Great theater, but you of you order food from the bar area....50 feet from the regular food area....they tell you the regular food area makes it.....but it has to be ordered at the bar. And you have to get it yourself. They could learn a thing or two from Movie Tavern .
Great seats and small crowds. Often overlooked because of Burlington. Only had one bad experience that was handled very well by contacting management.
My experience was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!!!! We were all excited to watch the newest Thor on our day off from school. Then, our show got postponed until 1 because of “fire alarm problems”. Then, during the best part of the movie during a fight seen, the fire alarms went off again. We then had to go outside in the cold and wait patiently just for them to tell us we couldn’t go back in. Although it was not there fault, they refunded us. The best part of my experience was the homeboy Glenn. That boy better be employee of the month because he’s a legend. His beard gave me hope and his smile helped me through this terrible day. We ❤️ you Glenn!!!!
Their customer service was polite to refund tickets and then give another voucher for a ticket. The catch? the free ticket can only be used in person for a movie, which is ridiculous because you have to reserve your seat before hand. I realize mistakes happen and it was really too bad that there was a glitch for this movie in particular, but was was really terrible was how little was done to 1) remedy the movie itself 2)compensate for the error.
booked opening night tickets for Star Wars months in advanced. Two hours into the movie, the film started to glitch, audio timing off, flicking between scenes. First they said they fixed it and set the film back 30 minutes and we started watching again, started the exact same glitches at the same time, they did nothing to fix it.
Seats are great. Sound is a bit too loud, but that's the same anywhere you go. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive. Had a false fire alarm on at least one occasion. We re-entered theatre and watched movie from where we left off, on top of that the theatre gave us complimentary tickets for future film.
