Had a small office Christmas get together here. Wait staff was very attentive, service was fast. Food was very good and served hot.
Our food was excellent as always, but our server, Katelyn, obviously hated her job since she barely said two words to us the entire night. The worst part was when she dropped my glass of water, with ice going everywhere, and did not even clean it up, just picked up the glass and walked away like nothing happened. I am amazed that no one slipped in it. We will probably come back for the good food but hope we do not get that server again.
We ordered take out for a group. The food was excellent. No complains there. But despite ordering over an hour ahead of time we had to wait for pick up. Then the host demanded $1.58 beyond what was on the receipt. It turns out other people I know had this happen at other stores. It's a packaging fee and its ILLEGAL to demand additional payment beyond what is on the receipt and have nothing on your website or anything. We won't be going back because we don't support scams.
One of my absolute favorite places to eat! Their drinks are absolutely delicious and I've never had a bad experience here. Super friendly staff and fast service!
Confession time: I love On the Border. I make it a mission of mine to go to an On the Border in every state that I travel to for work. And I can honestly say, that this On the Border right here, is the BEST I have eaten at, out of 6 states and sometimes, multiple locations in each state. Great personable staff, delicious food, and quick service. Remembering eating here makes me miss Massachusetts. Just amazing.
