I only came in for an appraisal, but I had work done at Longs Jewelers. Longs did not do what they said, they repaired a setting with white gold not with platinum like they said they would and they wrote it on the order ticket. I wish I had made the longer trip to Coopers to have them do the work. I learned the hard way. Won't make that mistake again.
Wonderful family run business! I drive an hour here to make all of my jewelry purchases and it is worth it. Great service, extremely knowledgeable staff and good prices. You can find something for everyone. The staff take their time with you and always make you feel like a priority. I received a hand written thank you letter for my latest purchase, it was a nice touch that you do not get with big box stores. The gift wrapping is also a plus! I am glad to support a local family business and will continue to do so.
