Great experience at Bob's in Woburn! I was immediately greeted upon entering the store and was able to find some great furniture to replace our 11+ year old living room set (which was also from Bob's but after a move, we needed some upgrading). The store was quite pleasant and welcoming. From start to finish, my husband and I were very happy with the service and even happier with the awesome sectional we picked out! Friends of ours recently bought a very similar sectional to ours at another overpriced competitor for 4 times the price of our from Bob's. They saw ours and literally were in shock and felt like they got ripped off because ours was so nice. Bob's prices can't be beat!

We had a great experience at Bob's, our sales man Jean was very helpful and very patient with us throughout the whole process. We went to many other places, but really liked the prices, and overall way we were treated at Bob's. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for friendly staff and helpful environment.

So I had a problem with Bobs. The delivery guys just dropped the furniture in my garage had my painter sign for it (I wasn't home neither was my wife) and they left us to assemble our furniture on our own. I was pissed. I called "customer care" and they did NOTHING for me. NOTHING FOR ME. As a matter of fact by the time I got off the phone with "customer care" I was more pissed at them than the delivery guys. The only person who helped and brought me from 100 to 0 was the manager of this store Melissa. Not only was she the first one and only one to apologize she got me the money back from the delivery and assembly fee. I would go back but would only do so if Melissa was helping me. There's a reason why the have managers. And this young woman is the reason. She did more than what she needed to do and made everything that much easier. The stars above actually represent her attitude and her helpfulness towards my wife and I. Thanks again.

I recently went into the Bobs Discount store to look around and prepare for a purchase. I met with Sale guy Jean , when I was walking around. He was very nice and offered advice and details. He worked with me to get what I needed and wanted. When we finished with the sectional and chairs he then happily went around with me to dining rooms and he helped me find the right set for me. I had specific likes and he found exactly the right set for my needs. I then went back the following day with more questions. Jean again helped me work through my questions and then helped me find a bedroom set for one of my kids. I would go back to him again , Thanks to Jean I bought everything I need because he help me to get the financing

We've bought a lot of furniture from this and other Bob's furniture stores in the past...all good experiences and the furniture has served us well. Recently we had a problem with a mattress not meeting expectations (it did not have the same edge support as the one we tried in the store). We swapped it once for the same mattress but had the same problem...so we went back to the store and they gave us a credit for the "defective" mattress and we decided on another one which has turned out to be fine. The problem came when they charged us a second $110 delivery charge...which their Customer Service people in CT were insisting that I pay. I was ready to take the matter to court when I was contacted by Geno at the store, and then Carmelo, the store manager who reviewed the situation, and kindly issued the appropriate credit...NOT because I was threatening court action, but because it was the right thing to do. Highly recommend Bob's for value, and now highly recommend Geno for his follow up and Carmelo for acting in their client's best interest.
